Delivery terms:

  • DHL Express: courier delivery in 1-2 business days (registered shipment – priority with tracking number)
  • GLS/DPD Express: courier delivery in 3-6 business days (registered shipment – priority with tracking number)
  • Europe post: post delivery in 5-10 business days (registered shipment – priority with tracking number)
  • Omniva (Latvia-Estonia): courier delivery in 1-4 business days (registered shipment – priority with tracking number)

Timely shipping is the number one priority for us. Here is what stock status means:

Ships today: From our Europe warehouse location orders leave our doors within 5-6 hours

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

HotSmoke guarantees safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all damaged items. HotSmoke reimburses return shipping charges.

Contact us info@hotsmoke.eu, within 5 days of delivery, and ship products back via the least expensive method.

Not happy with a product? Return it to us.

You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 45 calendar days of delivery. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Expedited shipping DHL, GLS, Omniva, DPD or Europe post is available as an upgrade during the checkout process. Upgrade costs vary by products ordered and shipping destination.

Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed

HotSmoke will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and then ship the products back via the least expensive method, and HotSmoke covers all return shipping charges.

Due to restrictions imposed by Trustly, HotSmoke is unable to issue refunds 60 days after payments. In such cases, store credits of equivalent value are issued in place of refunds.

An item not as described is defined as either a significant specification is different or the appearance of the primary product is significantly different, compared to those listed on the product page before ordering.
